How do I earn points?
You can earn points by signing up, referring friends and making purchases and they automatically show up in your account.
Can I combine points and discount codes?
No you can not use points and discount codes at the same time on an order.
How do I view my point balance?
You see your point balance on top The Laboratory page when logged in.
How do I redeem my points for products?
You can either unlock a voucher on The Laboratory page or use the points slider at checkout when you have enough points.
How can I share my referral link?
You can share your link however you see fit with the exception of coupon or deal sites. We love seeing our community share their link on their blogs or social profiles! You can find your link after signing into The Laboratory.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be removed from the program by contacting us at [email protected]. In doing so, you will lose any points you have earned.
How can I become a Gold or Platinum member?
